Reservation
For the convenience of the delegates, the organizer has pre-booked some hotel rooms at the following conference hotels for 25 – 28 July 2024 (both nights inclusive). These hotels are located in close proximity to the conference venue. The hotels have offered special rates which are only available to registered delegates. Reservation of hotel rooms must be made through the hotel online system.

Payment
Guarantee your arrival by credit card is required for online reservation. The hotel will hold first-night deposit per room to your credit card once your room is confirmed. Final room payment and incidental expenses will be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
No-show
If you fail to check-in the hotel on the arrival day, the hotel will charge you one-night room payment per room as no-show charge.
Cancellation
Cancellation of hotel reservation made after 30 May 2024 will result in the initial deposit being forfeited. If written cancellation is received on or before 30 May 2024, 50% of one night deposit per room will be charged as handling fee.
