Brian Hemstreet received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from The Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He completed ASHP accredited residencies in pharmacy practice and adult internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He practiced at the University of Colorado Hospital from 2000-2014 and currently serves as Senior Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Professor. Dr. Hemstreet has been highly active in national service activities and has served on the Board of Regents of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) from 2015-2018 and currently serves as President of ACCP.

Daniel Goldstein is a medical oncologist and internist at Rabin Medical Center in Israel, as well as a Professor in Medical Oncology at Tel Aviv University. He is also the medical director of drug and technology policies, in the community division of Clalit Health Services. In this role, he is responsible for developing policies that impact 4 million insurees. His clinical focus is treating patients with genitourinary cancers. He received his medical training at Leeds University, UK, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Emory University, Atlanta. His area of research is in the economics of cancer care both in the USA and around the world, focusing on cost-effectiveness, budget impact and affordability. His work has been reported in major news outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and the Economist.

Fei-chau Pang is the current Commissioner for Primary Healthcare, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Health Bureau. He is the president of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine. Dr Pang is an experienced health service executive and have been the Head of Human Resources of the Hospital Authority to provide strategic advice and leadership to the HR function of over 40 public hospitals. He was appointed as the member of the Elderly Commission of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region between 2015‐2019. He was the elected Council member of The University of Hong Kong in 2021/22.

Yu Zhang mainly engaged in clinical pharmacy for nearly 30 years. He has hosted and participated in 1 key special project, 1 sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program, more than 7 projects from National Natural Science Foundation, more than 17 other key projects. He has published more than 200 papers, including 167 papers from journal in Science Citation IndexM, and 4 of them have been featured as a cover story. He has edited and translated 9 pharmaceutical monographs, obtained 9 invention patents, and transformed one into business. He has won 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes in the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. His social part-time positions include the chairman of the Hospital Pharmacy Special Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the chairman-designate of the Clinical Pharmacy Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
